Our exercise room is equipped with Electric
Treadmills, Stair Steppers, Aqua Swim Stroke Trainer, Universal All-in-One Gym, Free Weights, Benches,
Elliptical Walkers, Nordic Trakker, Aerodynamic Bikes and Semi-Recumbent Bike.
Adult pool members have 24 hour access to the exercise room.
